Diana Moran (born Diana Ruth Dicker; 11 June 1939) is an English model, fitness expert and journalist. In the 1960s and 1970s, Moran was a successful print and catwalk model. She also appeared as a TV announcer and newsreader for HTV West.
Age is a challenge to the mind and the body. But like every challenge I've ever met, I have risen to it. There is an entrenched belief in society that getting flabby and sedentary and disconnected from life is an inevitable part of the aging process. But that's just not true.
