1A comedy for Laugh-In (1967), one of his best one-liners was a simple sketch between the gruff-voiced dirty old man Tyrone (Arte Johnson), who asks the homely spinster Gladys Ormpby (Ruth Buzzi), "Do you believe in the hereafter?"
