James Morrison Bio/Wiki, Net Worth, Married 2018

James Morrison (born James Morrison Catchpole; 13 August 1984) is an English singer songwriter and guitarist from Rugby, Warwickshire. His debut record, “Undiscovered”, debuted on top of the UK Albums Chart. In 2007 Morrison won the Brit Award for The Best British Male.

Morrison released his second record, “Songs for You, Truths for Me” in 2008, which entered the top five in the UK in addition to topping the Irish Records Chart. He’s performed with Jason Mraz, Nelly Furtado, yet others in concerts as well as in tunes. Morrison composed a tune for Italian vocalist Marco Carta entitled “Quello che dai”, which debuted at number one in the official graph.

After the success of Broken Strings, the record which had been slowly descending down the record chart, made a jump from number forty eight to twenty nine and then two weeks after, reentered the top ten at number seven. Exactly the same effect let Songs For You, Truths For Me to get success in Ireland. After dropping off the Irish Records Graph fully, it re-entered the chart at number seventy three. It grew for a number of weeks until it was charting at number thirteen. Another week the record climbed to the very top of the chart, entering the top ten at number one. This gave Songs For You, Truths For Me its first number one graph positioning and gave Morrison his second number one record. On 30 April 2009, it had been declared on Take That Is official website that Morrison would be supporting the group at some places and dates on their 2009 tour. The exact same year, Morrison composed a tune, “Watch and Wait”, for the German comedy film Men in the City.

#Quote
1[about fellow Vitagraph star John Bunny] He looked down on anybody who wasn't as great as he was.
2[in 1970] Most of my films made me sick. I wanted to do more with them, but the material wasn't there.
3[on why he left films] Because I was fed up with them. Everyone thought I was so old, as I'd been in films so long. A Los Angeles paper called me "the perennial juvenile", and I decided that was my exit line.
