Born in Los Angeles and raised in Canada, she is the daughter of Cameron Mitchell and trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama in London, England and the University of British Columbia, Vancouver.Ms. Mitchell's work on stage, including the Shaw and Stratford Festivals, has been critically acclaimed and she has been nominated three times for Canada's Jessie Awards, winning once for her performance as Ariel in "The Tempest".
