Warrington W. Hudlin, Jr. (born July 16, 1952) is an American film director, producer, and actor.He was born in East St. Louis, Illinois, the son of Helen (née Cason), a teacher, and Warrington W. Hudlin, Sr., an insurance executive and teacher. His younger brother, Reginald Hudlin, is also a director and producer, and together the Hudlin brothers have produced films such as House Party, Ride,and Bebe's Kids. His other brother, Christopher Hudlin, took over their father's insurance business in East St. Louis, IL.
He is a member of the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences. He serves on the advisory board of the Tribeca Film Institute's All Access Program, Asian Cinevision, the Coalition of Asian Pacifics in Entertainment (CAPE), Yale in Hollywood Film Festival, and the national advisory board of the Intel Computer Clubhouse. He is a member of the Nielsen Media Research African American Advisory Council as well as the NYC Working Group on Diversity in Television and Film Production.

He is the recipient of the Trailblazer Award from the Hip Hop Association, the Melvin Van Peebles Trailblazer Award from the American Black Film Festival, the Pioneer Award from African American Women in Cinema, and the Revolution Award from Imagenation.
