Roy Castle was born on August 31, 1932 in Holmfirth, West Yorkshire, England. He was an actor, known for Record Breakers (1972), Whose Baby? (1973) and Go with Matt Monro (1966). He was married to Fiona Dickson. He died on September 2, 1994 in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, England.
Although a life long non-smoker, it is believed that the lung cancer which took his life was caused by breathing second hand smoke in the clubs where he performed.
