Beautiful revue and cabaret singer of the 1930's who began in films by dubbing for Pola Negri. She was subsequently cast as a supporting actress in several feature films, though her contribution usually amounted to little more than musical interludes. She is best remembered for several popular songs of the period, including "Nachts, ging das Telefon" (by Willi Kollo) and "Schön war die Zeit" (by Peter Kreuder).
