Lisa Anne Loeb (created March 11, 1968) is an American singer songwriter and performer. She started her career in 1994 together with the song “Stay (I Missed You)”, that has been a part of the movie “Reality Bites”. She was the very first artist to get a number one single in America while not signed to a recording contract. Her five studio CDs contain her major label debut, the gold-selling “Tails” and its followup, the Grammy-nominated, gold-selling “Firecracker”.
