Gary Murphy is an original member of the 50s nostalgia show band "Butch Whacks & The Glass Packs." Other members of "BW" include Bob Sarlatte ("So I married an Axe Murderer") and Larry Strother ("Night Court"). "Butch Whacks..." holds a "Farewell Show" for their many fans in San Francisco every year.
