L.V. Prasad was born on January 17, 1908 in Eluru, Andhra Pradesh, India as Akkineni Lakshmi Vara Prasad Rao. He was a director and producer, known for Jeene Ki Raah (1969), Sharada (1957) and Bidaai (1974). He died on June 22, 1994.
