Keenan Cahill (created March 20, 1995) is an Internet star from Chicago Illinois who lipsyncs to popular tunes on YouTube. Cahill started his first well-known lipsynced YouTube video on August 28, 2010 on the Katy Perry tune Teenage Dream. In March 2011, in a Danish award show, TV 2 Zulu Awards 2011, he performed in a video where he was lip synching the tunes that have been nominated for the Hit of the Entire Year award. In June 2011, he appeared with LMFAO performing their song “Party Rock Anthem”. During her California Dreams Tour, Katy Perry met Keenan and they performed Teenage Dream collectively in a video. In July 2011, Cahill was joined backstage of Glee! Reside by cast members Dianna Agron, Harry Shum, Jr., Darren Criss, and Jenna Ushkowitz to lip sync to the Glee variation of “Do Not Stop Believin'”. In August 2011, Cody Simpson appeared on among his YouTube videos. As of September 2011, Keenan has a pending nomination for Viral Web Star in the J-14 Awards. Keenan had a one-hour documentary air on NT1 (television) in France, Belgium and Switzerland to 5-million individuals. He afterwards had a 13-minute documentary air on M6 in France. In Fall 2011, Cahill performed in a music video with The Oak Ridge Boys because of their tune “What’cha Gonna Do.”
