Jacques Bernard "Jacky" Ickx (last name pronounced "Ix" or "Icks") (born 1 January 1945 in Brussels) is a Belgian former racing driver who won the highly prestigious 24 Hours of Le Mans six times, and he also achieved eight wins and 25 podium finishes in Formula One, and is a former winner of the Dakar Rally.
Still competes in the odd historic events including the Goodwood Festival of Speed, in which hes a regular and plays an ambassador role for Porsche AG at these events

Winner of 8 Formula One Grand Prixs. Winner Rally Paris-Dakar Rally in 1983 on a Puch/Mercedes 280GE G. FIA Endurance World Champion for Drivers, in 1982 and 1983 (works driver for Porsche AG). Formula 1 World vice-Champion of Drivers, in 1969 and in 1970 as works driver for Scuderia Ferrari SEFAC.
