Douglas Squires was born in 1932 in Nottingham, England. He is known for his work on Glamour... (1962), Must Wear Tights (1978) and A Royal Gala Variety Performance (1972).
He was awarded the OBE (Officer of the Order of the British Empire) in the 2009 Queen's Birthday Honours List for his services to the Performing Arts. He was a choreographer and director.
