Quote
1
I literally had a very articulate, though highly impaired, homeless man say to me, "Smokey! I love you! What's happening with Jacob?" Here's a guy living on the street, but he finds a way to watch Lost (2004)! And I'm looking at him, thinking, Your priorities are completely ass-backward.

Fact
1
He has German, English, Scottish, and Irish ancestry. The surname "Welliver" had been "Wohleben" several generations back (originating with German ancestry).
2
Three times, he has played characters with strong ties to characters played by Mark Pellegrino. In Lost: Across the Sea (2010) he played Man in Black, Jacob's brother. In Supernatural: Good God, Y'All (2009) he played one of the Four Horseman, War, unleashed by Lucifer's (Pellegrino) rising. In an episode of Prison Break (2005), he played the man to whom Patrick Vikan (Pellegrino) attempts to sell Scylla.
3
According to his Deadwood (2004) co-stars, he is an excellent mimic and can do many different impressions.
