Ronnie Carroll was born on August 18, 1934 in Belfast, Northern Ireland as Ronald Cleghorn. He was an actor, known for The Eurovision Song Contest (1962), Dial for Music (1959) and The Eurovision Song Contest (1963). He was married to Glenda Kentridge, June Paul and Millicent Martin. He died on April 13, 2015 in Hampstead, London, England.
Crooner who had a 1962 number 3 British hit with Roses Are Red (My Love) and also sang the UK's Eurovision Song Contest entry that year, Ring-a-Ding Girl. The following year he also represented the UK with Say Wonderful Things.
