Redmond "Red" Symons (born 13 June 1949) is an Australian musician, writer, actor and radio host, probably best known as lead guitarist with Skyhooks and as the snide judge of "Red Faces", a segment of the long-running Hey Hey It's Saturday variety television show. He hosts 774 ABC Melbourne's breakfast show.
Member of the Australian band "Skyhooks" (1973-1980) along with Graham "Shirley" Strachan, Greg Macainish, Bob "Bongo" Starkey. Red played Guitar.

In his guest appearance on "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire", he was so confident about the answer to a question that he actually got it wrong. He was attempting the $500,000 question.
