1
Gitta Alpar was married with the actor Gustav Fröhlich, but the marriage had to be dissolved in the National Socialist Germany, moreover Gustav Fröhlich distanced from his wife because he didn't want to endanger his career. He later tried to apologize for his behavior but Gitta Alpar was not able to answer his prayers. A circumstance which gave him a hard time in his last leaving years and which beclouded his lust for life.

3
Austro-Hungarian actress and coloratura soprano. A cantor's daughter, she was trained at the University of Budapest and made her operatic debut in 1923. During her heyday, she performed at most of the top opera houses in Vienna and Berlin, later also appearing in a few early 1930's German films. As she had Jewish ancestry, she was forced to flee from Germany in 1935 and moved via England to the United States. She attempted a comeback in films, but ultimately failed as a result of her heavy accent and poor command of the English language.
