Elizabeth Ann Manley, CM (born August 7, 1965) is a Canadian former competitive figure skater. She is the 1988 Olympic silver medalist, the 1988 World silver medalist, and a three-time Canadian national champion.
She was awarded the C.M. (Member of the Order of Canada) on July 11, 1988 for her services to figure skating in Canada.

Many of Manley's skating exhibitions find her hopping from the ice into the audience...and onto the lap of a randomly-selected male spectator. While this trademark has made Liz extremely popular at live performances, it has also proved risky: on one occasion, the guy hesitated to let go of her.

Liz and her brothers grew up as military brats: their dad was an officer in the Canadian Army.
