Chyler Leigh West, known professionally as Chyler Leigh, is an American actress, best known for her portrayal of Dr. Lexie Grey on American Broadcasting Company's medical drama Grey's Anatomy. She also portrayed Janey Briggs in Not Another Teen Movie.

Portrayed the sister of the title character in Grey's Anatomy (2005), who died after an airplane crash. In Supergirl (2015) she is again the sister of the title character and, in the Pilot, is saved by her from perishing in an airplane crash.
After only two episodes of Girls Club (2002) had aired, Leigh received a personal phone call from David E. Kelley informing her of the show's cancellation and his desire to bring her forward to his already established series The Practice (1997).
