Anwar Wagdi was born on October 11, 1904 in Cairo, Egypt as Mohamed Anwar Yehia Al Fattal Wagdi. He was an actor and director, known for The Flirtation of Girls (1949), The Divorce of Lady Suad (1948) and The Monster (1954). He was married to Laila Fawzi and Laila Mourad. He died on May 14, 1955 in Stockholm, Sweden.
