John George Lange Bio/Wiki, Net Worth, Married 2018

Johnny Lange (August 15, 1905 – January 6, 2006) was a songwriter, author and publisher. He was educated in a Philadelphia high school. He joined the music staff at film studios in 1937 and resumed his film music career in 1946 and 1947. He also wrote special material for night club singers, and the "Ice Capades of 1950". Joining ASCAP in 1940, his chief musical collaborators were Archie Gottler and Jack Meskill. Lange's most popular composition was 'Mule Train' which earned him an Academy Award nomination in 1950 (it was featured in the film "Singing Guns"). Lange died in 2006, at the age of 100.
