As per his wishes he was buried unwashed, unembalmed, and wearing his favorite leather jacket, trademark jock strap, and a bottle of Jim Beam in his hand.

His gigs became an event more than a concert; in-between singing songs about serial killing, pedophilia, necrophilia, and drug taking, would self-mutilate, defecate, and urinate on stage while dressed only in a jock strap. Shows would often end in a riot following a fight between members of the audience and Allin.
