Kabir Akhtar (born January 11, 1975) is an American television director and Emmy-nominated editor, and is also the creator of The Tool Page [1], the oldest website dedicated to the Grammy-winning band Tool.Akhtar has been running the website (also known as "toolshed") since 1994; it has been online longer than many popular sites, including mainstays Google, YouTube, and Yahoo!. Akhtar and his site have gained some notoriety for being the source of several April Fools' Day pranks.
