A. Earl Hedrick (2 March 1896 – 18 September 1985) was an American art director. He was nominated for an Academy Award in the category Best Art Direction for the film The Proud and Profane.
Former architect. Came to Hollywood in 1932, first as draftsman for Paramount, then promoted to full art director, a position he occupied until 1957. He subsequently worked as set designer for television. His most prolific contribution (alongside Hal Pereira) was on the popular western series Bonanza (1959), for which he co-designed the Ponderosa interiors and exteriors on stages sixteen and seventeen at Paramount.
