Ann Hould-Ward (born April 8, 1954, Glasgow, Montana) is an American costume designer, primarily for the theatre and dance. She has designed the costumes for 19 Broadway productions (as of February 2011). She won the 1994 Tony Award for Beauty and the Beast.
He was awarded the 1989 Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Award for Distinguished Costume Design Design for the musical, "Into the Woods," at the Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles, California.

Won Broadway's 1994 Tony Award as Best Costume Designer for "Beauty and the Beast." She also received two prior nominations in the same category: in 1994, along with co-designer Patricia Zipprodt, for "Sunday in the Park with George;" and in 1988 for "Into the Woods."

She was nominated for a 1998 Laurence Olivier Theatre Award for Best Costume Designer of 1997 for Beauty and the Beast.
