Dr. Leonard Jack Morse MD (born 1929, Worcester, MA), a professor of clinical medicine at University of Massachusetts Medical School is a former commissioner of public health for the city of Worcester. After 9/11, Dr. Morse came back from retirement to work on the town’s bioterrorism plan at the request of the then city manager. He also served as a president of Worcester district medical society and Massachusetts medical society in the past.
