Dave Berry was born in 1943 in Lancashire, England. He is known for his work on Against the Dying of the Light (2001) and Welsh Greats (2008). He died on January 22, 2010 in Cardiff, Wales.
Was a journalist, film writer and archivist who was considered by many as one of the most prominent historians on the topic of Welsh cinema. His book, "Wales and Cinema - The First Hundred Years," is considered by many as the "bible of Welsh film".
