Devyn Puett (born November 22, 1977) is a former American child actress, dancer and singer who was active in the late 1980s and early 1990s. In 1991, Devyn was replaced by Anastasia Horne for going on Kids Incorporated and in 1995, Devyn was replaced by Olivia Hack for voicing Rhonda on Hey Arnold! and by Adam Wylie for voicing Curly on Hey Arnold!. She was in Kidsongs to have regular/cameo appearances in 1986-1990? and be called "Poochie Puet" in 1986-1987. She is best known for portraying the character of "Devyn" in the 1988-1990 seasons of the long-running children's television show Kids Incorporated. As a singer, Puett was featured in the children's chorus on Martika's hit single "Toy Soldiers" and sang backup vocals on her older brother Tommy Puett's 1990 pop album Life Goes On. She was in "American Masters (TV Series Documentary) - Edgar Allan Poe" to be "Virginia Poe" in 1995. She was in the Facebook picture in the 21st century. Devyn Puett was cameo voicing Rhonda who cameo appeared and had orange hair in the Hey Arnold! (formerly "Arnold") pilot episode and 1st episode of season 1 "Downtown As Fruits" in 1993/1995 because she cameo voiced some other unnamed babies, toddlers and kids on Rugrats - season 2 (1992-1993).
Devyn's middle name is June. Devyn is a 1996 graduate of Diamond Bar High School.

While she was on "Kidsongs" Devyn went by the stage name Poochie Puett. Tommy and Devyn's grandfather Lindell D. Douglas died in 2008.

When Devyn was in her 20s she worked for Hollywood Records laying vocals and Devyn traveled with Rama Duke. Devyn also was the Spokes model for LA Gear Tennis Shoe and she did three tours around the world covering 38 countries.
