Phillip Vernor Olsen (born April 26, 1948) is a former center and defensive tackle in the National Football League for the Los Angeles Rams and Denver Broncos and the son of Lynn Jay and Merle Olsen. He also was a member of the Buffalo Bills. He is the younger brother of Pro Football Hall of Famer Merlin Olsen.
Both he and brother Merlin are members of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. Both are Significant Sigs as well as members of the Order of Constantine, the Fraternity's highest honor.
