Claimed in the official web site for Marilyn's Man (2004) that he created the Special Weapons and Tactics (S.W.A.T.) concept. But according to the official web site for S.W.A.T. (2003), Officer John Nelson conceived of and presented the concept to then-Inspector Daryl Gates, who launched the program.
