Dolores Dorn was born on March 3, 1934 in Chicago, Illinois, USA as Dolores M. Heft. She is an actress, known for Underworld U.S.A. (1961), The Bounty Hunter (1954) and Tell Me a Riddle (1980). She was previously married to Ben Piazza and Franchot Tone.
Was a lead ingénue with the Neil Schaffner Repertory Company which toured the Midwest in 1954.

Made her New York debut portraying Ylena in "Uncle Vanya" at the Fourth Street Theatre in 1956. The show ran for 100 performances. It was later filmed.

Later became a noted acting teacher for the American Film Institute, 1977 and with the Lee Strasberg Institute, 1983. She also was an acting coach for the "Star Search" talent program for Metromedia TV in 1983.
