Debbie Russ (born 2 August 1960 in England). is a British actress and news presenter.She is mainly known for playing Tiger in the UK television show Here Come the Double Deckers, a role she reprised in the 1972 film Go for a Take.Russ is married and lives in Surrey. She works as a news presenter on Radio Jackie in south west London.
