Jerome Holtzman was born on December 11, 1926 in Chicago, Illinois, USA. He is known for his work on ESPN SportsCentury (1999), Ring of Passion (1978) and The Top 5 Reasons You Can't Blame... (1999). He was married to Marilyn Holztman and Marilyn Ryan. He died on July 19, 2008 in Evanston, Illinois.
