Mary Ann Kostecki (August 11, 1934 – May 12, 2008), better known by her stage name Penny Banner, was a professional wrestler. She was best known for her time spent in the American Wrestling Association. She was also the Commissioner of the Professional Girl Wrestling Association (PGWA) from 1992 until her death.
Studied judo as a teenager following an attempted sexual assault on her, and became well known during her wrestling career for using judo moves in her matches.

Wrestled professionally from 1954 until her retirement in 1977. Currently, she remains active in the sport as the commissioner of the Professional Girl Wrestling Association.

Is a multiple medalist in the Senior Olympics, winning gold and silver in the discus and shot put, as well as in various swimming events.
