Leland L. Jones was born in Kansas City, Missouri (USA) on November 28th. He is an American born actor, known for his roles in Daddy's Little Girls (2007), Meet the Browns (TV)(2009-2010) and Domestic Disturbance (2001). He has written two books, Djibouti Pier 17 (2010) and Murder in the Horn of Africa (2014).
Leland, an Army Reservist, has been deployed to Iraq and Kuwait in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Djibouti, Africa in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. These experiences became the foundation for his mystery series featuring Professor Carter Dunstin (Djibouti Pier 17 and Murder in the Horn of Africa).
