David Earle Lopes (/?lo?ps/; born May 3, 1945 in East Providence, Rhode Island) is a former second baseman and manager in Major League Baseball. He batted and threw right-handed. He is currently the first base coach for the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Named to Baseball Digest magazine's 1973 Rookie All-Star Team.

Led the National League in stolen bases in 1975 (77) and 1976 (63).
