Star Jones Bio/Wiki, Net Worth, Married 2018

She is 5’5 and weighs 137 pounds. After earning her law degree in the University of Houston in 1986, she passed the NY state bar and started working as a prosecutor in Brooklyn. In several brief years, her law scaled the ranks to assistant district attorney and had several guest TV spots as a legal correspondent for NBC Nightly News and Inside Edition.

In 1997, Star acquired overnight recognition when she joined the panel of the recent ABC all-female hosted talk show The View. Although her law had not been always a fan favorite because of her opinionated, occasionally haughty character, the show proved to be a tremendous success garnering eight Emmy Award triumphs during her run as cohost. Following a less than amicable departure in the show in 2006, Star wasted no time returning to television along with her short-lived truTV talk show Star Jones, which covered subjects including pop culture to on-going crime news.

In 2004, House wed investment banker Al Reynolds in an extremely publicized, extravagant event that contained twelve bridesmaids and five hundred guests. The couple later divorced in 2008. The couple’s latest TV appearances include guest roles on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and the Lifetime show Drop Dead Diva.

1What I'm saying to you is my response is going to be indicative of my character. I've sat with the most amazing female broadcaster in the history of the business and I thank her for the opportunity. (When asked if Barbara Walters had been disloyal to her)
2I will not denigrate Ms. Walters. That's not who I am. I have learned from that woman ... as much about television as I did about the law from my mentor, the late Johnnie L. Cochran Jr.. (When asked if she was going to denigrate Barbara Walters, who currently hosts The View (1997)).
3They said, 'You can make up a story'. The audience didn't deserve for me to make up a story. That's not fair. (When she had to lie, with the encouragement of her bosses about the reason for her departure on The View (1997), in 2006)
4"I've always thought about myself as an attractive person, and I do like to dress up and strut, but I've never focused on the size of my butt. I had a breast reduction, but only because my back hurt." (Journal National Examiner)
5"You can do health stories, you can do fitness stories - that stuff will impact on your health. But people go through every single day not worrying about what size they are." (Journal National Examiner)
6"A woman without good friends is a sad woman indeed." (The Cincinnati Enquirer)
7"You can't have it all. No matter how you slice it, it's a pretty tall order, yet many of us are bent on serving it up." (The Cincinnati Enquirer)
8You'll forgive me, but I'm from the South, so every adult Southern woman gets a 'Miss' in front of her name.
9Why can't I gush a little? Why can't I make them feel tremendously special? Who says you have to go in there and be critical and acerbic? I will not be that jaded journalist, I will not add to any of that nastiness.
10It's the bride's day ! She should do whatever she wants ! Who cares what other people think !
11I'm Sadie, Sadie, married lady
12"First of all, great figure...ummm...I'm not gonna pick on you and ask if you ate a donut and say you look pregnant, but what did you eat today?" (to Jorja Fox at the Screen Actors Guild Awards).
13Allie Reynolds better not be looking at other mares !
14I define Bitch, it's a Babe In Total Control of Herself.
