Wale eventually dropped out from school as a result of professors.
Wale’s first tune to get played on local radio was called “Rhyme of the Century”. Wale climbed to prominence when his tune “Dig Dug (Shake It)” became a hit on local radio. Wale’s music was greatly affected by GoGo music that’s a kind of music native to the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
