Don Schain is a writer, director, and producer of many films and TV movies, most notably for Disney Channel.Don has been in the movie business since the late 1960s, with him directing The Love Object. In the early to mid-1970s, Schain directed his then-wife, Cheri Caffaro, in a number of exploitation films including the GINGER series, as well as Too Hot to Handle. Since then Don has gone on to produce over 15 movies for the Disney Channel, most recently High School Musical, Wendy Wu: Homecoming Warrior and Read It and Weep. He has recently signed on to do The Cheetah Girls 3, High School Musical 3: Senior Year, Dadnapped and Minutemen.
