Megan Bronwinne Alatini (born 29 September 1976) is a South African born New Zealand pop singer, actress and television personality. She rose to fame in New Zealand on the reality television series Popstars. She went on to become a member in the girl group TrueBliss. She is also known for portraying the part of Java in the popular sci-fi series The Tribe. Later she gained more exposure appearing as a judge on New Zealand Idol.
Husband Pita (pronounced 'Peetah') is a former member of NZ's national rugby team the 'All Blacks'.

Has 2 daughters, Tonica (pronounced 'Ton-neekah', from Tonga where Pita is from and South Africa where she is from), and Tiara, and 1 son, Trey.

Member of New Zealand girl band 'True Bliss', along with Carly Binding, Joe Cotton, Keri Harper, and Erika Takacs. True Bliss were the first group created by the television reality series, Popstars (1999), which led to subsequent Australian band 'Bardot', UK's 'Hear'say' and others, and eventually the 'Idol' phenomenon.
