Roland E. Janes (20 August 1933 – 18 October 2013) was an American rockabilly guitarist and record producer, who was active at Sun Records between 1956 and 1963.
His father and brothers played instruments, he wasn't interested in music until his early teens. He started to play the mandolin but eventually switched to guitar.
