Robert John "Bob" Daisley (born 13 February 1950) is an Australian musician and author. A bassist and songwriter, he has performed with numerous acts since the 1970s, most notably Rainbow, Ozzy Osbourne, Gary Moore and Uriah Heep.
Although he is credited as the bass player on the Rainbow album Long Love Rock and Roll, in a recent interview Ritchie Blackmore revealed that he played most of the bass parts on the album himself.

The only Rainbow studio album he played on was 1978's Long Live Rock and Roll.

Recently sued Ozzy for royalties for his parts on his earliest solo albums. Ozzy retaliated by deleting and rerecording Daisley's parts.
