Mychal George Thompson (born January 30, 1955) is a retired Bahamian professional basketball player. Thompson played both the power forward and center positions and played for the Portland Trail Blazers, San Antonio Spurs and Los Angeles Lakers.
Now broadcasts Los Angeles Lakers basketball games and co-hosts a radio show on KLAC 570 in Los Angeles with Steve Hartman and Vic "The Brick" Jacobs 12pm-4pm called The Loose Cannons. [February 2006]
