George Dreyfus AM (born 22 July 1928, Elberfeld (today part of Wuppertal), Germany) is an Australian contemporary classical, film and television composer.
Dreyfus fled with his family to Australia in 1939. He joined the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra in 1953. In 1991, he was awarded the Australia Council's Don Banks Fellowship and in 1992 was made a Member of the Order of Australia for his services to music.
