Donald Ibrahím Swann (30 September 1923 – 23 March 1994) was a British-Azerbaijani composer, musician and entertainer. He is best known to the general public for his partnership of writing and performing comic songs with Michael Flanders as one half of Flanders and Swann.
Was a student at Westminster School, London, where his classmates included not only future partner and lifelong friend Michael Flanders, but also Peter Brook, Peter Ustinov, and R. von Ribbentrop, the son of Hitler's Foreign Minister, Joachim von Ribbentrop.

Was teamed for many years in a successful cabaret act with Michael Flanders, which also enjoyed success on Broadway. Their recordings are now considered comedy classics.
