Bruce William Woodley, Template:Post-nominals (born 25 July 1942), is an Australian singer-songwriter and musician. He was a founding member of the successful pop-folk group the Seekers, and co-composer of the anthemic song "I Am Australian". Woodley attended Melbourne High School with fellow Seekers, Athol Guy and Keith Potger.
Bruce Woodley performed the hit song, "The Carnival is Over", with the other members of the Australian pop group, The Seekers, during the Brisbane 1988 World Expo Closing Ceremony (with Julie Anthony as the main singer). The Seekers also performed "The Carnival is Over" during the Sydney 2000 Paralympics Games Closing Ceremony (with Judith Durham as the main singer). The Seekers' hit song, "The Carnival is Over", reached a very high position on the UK pop charts, during the mid-1960s.

A member of the group, The Seekers, who played the theme song for the film, Georgy Girl (1966), which was a Number 1 hit in the United States. Their first Number 1 hit, in Britain, was "I'll Never Find Another You". He co-wrote the song, "Red Rubber Ball", with Paul Simon (which was recorded by The Byrds as well as The Seekers).
