In my honest opinion. No. I honestly believe that Tim Westwood doesn’t deserve a net worth of $13mil, Its ridiculous, Don’t get me wrong’ the guy does work hard. However his working hard is nowhere near as hard as the average working person in England, Millions of who have to work they’re fingers to the bone and on their feet for 12hr shifts, 5 Days sometimes 6 Days a week, And a large portion of these millions of people are on the minimum wage and millions more earning only slightly higher, but after National insurance and Government Taxes they take huge portions of their earning making that the reason they need to work so many long hours. All doctors worldwide and most governments say that to remain healthy they should sleep ATLEAST 8 to 10 hours a day, A bare minimum of 8hrs a day. And with getting up and getting ready every day, then traveling to and from work everyday, with all that combined’ ie. the working 12hrs a day and min sleep needed. Plus getting ready and traveling. That Leaves Million upon millions of the average working class people at the most’ Just 3 HOURS a day, And in that time they also have to do Laundry. Shower’s/Bath’s and Shaving, ironing and getting clothes ready for work. That mean’s that million’s upon million’s of the working class people get at the most just 2 hours. 2 hours to either spend with their Wife/Husband/Partners/Children, and in that 2 hours they also need to take care of all their household bills and utilities plus car insurance/tax and fuel and upkeep, and maybe even try and relax and rest, before the whole day repeats. and after all that they are left with nothing, sometimes even in debt. At the end of the day Westwood is a DJ on Radio 1 and he is on air working at the most around 3 hours a day and usually like 3 days a week, meaning the average working class person in England works more and harder in a single shift at work than Westwood does in a whole week, And the average person is only just managing to get by and its a real struggle to buy anything new whether it be clothes/shoes or something for the house. Also Christmas is a nightmare and puts millions upon millions of families in debt that they have to work all year to pay it off. Only to have it repeat year in year out, every year. And these millions upon millions of people doing the jobs that everyone takes for granted, like keeping the Gas and Electric on, emptying your trash, Delivering you Mail, Driving your Trains, Trams and your Buses, Also Flying planes, Delivery and Long Haul Drivers, These are the millions and millions of people who pretty much keep the country moving forward rather than it stopping and crashing, Yet they struggle like hell to make ends meet, Where as Tim Westwood’ who works less hours in one week than the average Working Class Person does in a Single Day at Work. Its flabbergasting that someone who helps keep the country moving struggles so much. And Tim Westwood who is a 58 year old white guy who talks and acts in a way like a wannabe gangster talking like he is down with all the 18 to 25 year old’s he is interviewing, It’s kinda Cringe worthy how fake and annoying it is, and this guy gets to meet the biggest stars on the planet like Eminem an Dr Dre both of them multiple times and after doing so little work and doing it annoyingly he has a Networth of $13Mil for doing basically Jack Shit, He asks every music star in the world if they would be OK with him adding one of their songs to an album passed of as the best singles of the year. Then plants His name all over the cover of the album’ usually with a big picture of him in some stupid ass wannabe gangster pose acting like an 18 year old kid when in fact he will be the Big 60 years old’ in just 18 Short Months. and once he has done posing and putting his name all over an album of other peoples records he releases it, and he profits largely from others work, and he has done this every single year some years twice. and he has done it for decades, And all he does for them albums is pick about 20 of his Favourite songs of the year, then the rest of the work is done by others, This most often annoying almost pensioner talking like he is black or gangster or some shit and he has a Networth of $13Mil for doing jack at work, literally any iPod or CD player could do his job, My iPod on Shuffle would play much better music than he does and also leave out all the annoying times he interrupt’s a great track with his annoying voice to say something that is usually not interesting and certainly doesn’t warrant talking shit over the top of some good tunes.
The average English Working Class People, The ones who keep the country running smoothly, and keeping the streets clean. Most of them are living on or very close to the breadline which is pathetic. It also says a lot about the Government who Decide how Little is paid to the real people who keep the country running and then how much to pretty much steal off them calling it taxes after they have worked themselves ill or into an early grave. Yet they allow someone who civilization wouldn’t miss, only family and friends if any would. allow him to rack up a Networth of $13Mil for doing Jack shit and riding the coattails of actually talented stars.
