Agnihotri created a new look for Anil Kapoor in Chocolate that became very popular. Anil Kapoor was given a military crew hair cur, different glasses and a Cigar to make him look matured. This was for the first time that Anil Kapoor played a mature role that was at par with his real age.

All his films; Chocolate, Dhana Dhan Goal, Hate Story, Buddha in a traffic jam (unreleased), Freedom (unreleased) were shot in deep winter. His cinematic style of shooting under the winter sky with winter costumes gives a different visual impact in most of his films. Most of his films are inspired from nature.
