Bixente Lizarazu (Basque pronunciation: [bi??ente lis?a??as?u]), initially registered as Vincent Lizarazu, (born 9 December 1969) is a retired French footballer who played for Bordeaux and Bayern Munich, among other teams. He also had 97 caps for the French national team.In a twelve-year international career from 1992 to 2004, Lizarazu played in three European championships and two World Cups for France, winning the 1998 World Cup and Euro 2000.
Lizarazu, a Basque, played for French club Girondins de Bordeaux and then for Spanish club Athletic Bilbao (where he was the club's first non-Spanish player since WWI). He currently plays for German club Bayern Munich. After Bayern Munich, he played for French club Olympique Marseille for six months but he returned to his previous club in January 2005.

World and European Champion honours with France in July 1998 and July 2000. He also played for France in the 2002 World Cup.
