Lidia Bastianich Bio/Wiki, Net Worth, Married 2018
Lidia Matticchio Bastianich (created February 21, 1947), is an American star chef, television host, writer, and restaurateur. Focusing on Italian and Italian American cuisine, Bastianich continues to be a frequent contributor to public television cooking shows since 1998. In 2011, she started her fourth television series, “Lidia’s Italy in America”.
Like Felidia, Becco was an instant success and led to the opening of further eateries outside NYC, including Lidia’s Kansas City in 1997, and Lidia’s Pittsburgh. The guest appearance gave Bastianich self-assurance and drive to enlarge the Bastianich family’s own commercial interests. After many disagreements regarding the direction their entrepreneurial and private lives had taken — most notably the stride of the growth and nature of their company — Lidia and Felice divorced in 1997. Bastianich continued enlarging her company while Felice remarried and transferred his shares available with their two kids. He expired on December 12, 2010.
